Margaret Hall is an accredited Musical Theatre Historian dedicated to teaching the history of the art-form she holds so dear.
AT PRESENT, MS. HALL IS NOT TAKING ON NEW STUDENTS.
In previous years, Ms. Hall has offered a wide range of virtual offerings to aid theatre fans in deepening their knowledge, ranging from month long intensives to year long syllabi and one off lectures. Topics have at various times included Stephen Sondheim, Vampires in Musical Theatre, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Broadway’s Female Composers, and Rodgers and Hammerstein.
Currently, Ms. Hall teaches at the New Studio on Broadway at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts. While she is not offering virtual classes at this time, interested students may reach out through her contact form to be placed on the waitlist.
